Our Single Barrel Program begins with a nationwide hunt for unique and distinctive whiskey, bringing standout barrels home to Colorado to rest and be bottled under our roof. No two casks are ever quite the same, which is why we invite liquor stores, whiskey bars, and clubs to taste through our selections, choose the barrel that fits their palate, and claim the full bottling as their own—complete with custom labeling that recognizes their pick.

We’ll prepare a curated lineup of barrel samples for you—either at the Onyx & Amber distillery in Denver or shipped to you. Taste through the options at your own pace and get familiar with the intricacies of each barrel.

STEP 2

Pick

Once you’ve tasted, you’ll choose the barrel(s) that best fit your palate, your guests, and your program. That exact barrel is reserved for you and moves into production under your name.

STEP 3

Customize

Our creative partner customizes the label with your name or logo on the front and back label of each bottle from your barrel(s). The result is a single barrel release that looks as tailored as it tastes.
