Our name speaks to two ancient elements: onyx, the stone of strength and protection, and amber, the fossilized light of memory. Together, they define who we are: patient, grounded, and made to endure.
The origins of our barrels
We work with hand-selected barrels from trusted producers across the country—Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and our home in Colorado. Each mash is aged, nurtured, and transformed by our unique climate and hands-on approach.
